Several government agencies related to water and other services attacked

Over two months in 2004 in Nepal, the Communist Party of Nepal-Maoists bomb several government offices, including the Water Induced Calamities Control Sub-Division in Nadipur, Pokhara and the Groundwater Irrigation Project in Dang District.
